Every apartment is heated in winter and cooled in summer by a healthy, sustainable underfloor system, with the temperature set from the in-apartment thermostat.
The Standard Plus and Deluxe apartments have their own private washing machine; for everyone there is the laundry room with washing machines and dryers.
