Parking spaces in the fenced courtyard
CHS Milano Residence has parking spaces in the inner courtyard, fully fenced and closed by a gate, with direct access to the building. Leave your car safely and go straight up to your apartment.
The residence is one minute from the Cormano motorway entrance: arrive from outside Milan, park and get around the city on the M3 metro, a 7-minute walk away.
Garages
Underground garages with direct access
The underground garages are on level -1 of the building with direct access inside: ideal if you want to keep your car under cover and reach your apartment without going outside.
Parking spaces and garages are booked together with the apartment. For visitors to Niguarda and Galeazzi hospitals parking is free.
