How to confirm your booking
To confirm your booking we only ask for a guarantee deposit, proportionate to the length of your stay, payable by bank transfer. The deposit is deducted from the balance; it is retained in case of cancellation or no-show.
The balance is paid on arrival.

In the payment reference, state your name and the dates of your stay.
Cancellations
Cancellations and changes
Cancellations or changes to your booking must be sent by email to chsmilanoresidence@gmail.com. The residence reviews every request and, where possible, offers a solution.
In case of no-show the full amount is charged, unless the cancellation is received one month before the arrival date.
Non-refundable rate: cancellations, shortened stays or no-shows require payment of the full amount.
Taxes and invoices
Tourist tax and invoices
The City of Milan tourist tax is added to the bill when you pay the balance, according to the municipal rates in force.
On arrival we will ask for your billing details: when you pay the balance we issue an invoice or receipt for the full amount of your stay. Companies can arrange direct invoicing: see the rates for companies.

Send us your arrival and departure dates: we will reply with availability and the price of the most suitable apartment.
