CHS Milano Residence makes agreements with companies that need to house employees, technicians and consultants in Milan for weeks or months. We offer a flat rate even in high season, such as during the big trade fairs, and tailored extra services such as laundry and ironing or daily cleaning.
Corporate bookings are flexible: we manage staff turnover and schedule cleaning around shifts. On request we also book garages and parking spaces for your vehicles.

Many of our guests are workers on assignment looking for a residence in Milan for a project, a building site or a training period. An apartment with a kitchen costs less than a hotel and, for long stays, offers a much better quality of life.
The Tangenziale Nord is a few minutes away: Galeazzi Hospital and the MIND area can be reached in about 13 minutes, Fiera Milano Rho in about 15. The residence has a private car park: parking spaces in the fenced courtyard and underground garages with direct access to the building.
