The few things not included in your stay, so you can come prepared.
Good to know
What is not included in your stay
To avoid surprises, here is what you will not find in the apartments:
- Household cleaning products: floor, glass and laundry detergents are not included.
- Cloths for cleaning and for the kitchen: we do not provide them for hygiene reasons.
- Restocking of the courtesy set: the soap and toilet paper you find on arrival are not replenished during your stay with the standard service, unless you request it.
- Dishwasher: there is none; the Standard Plus and Deluxe apartments do, however, have a private washing machine.
Supermarkets and shops are a few minutes’ walk from the residence. For anything else you can request tailored services or read what you will find in the apartment.
Laundry
What about laundry?
The residence has a laundry room with washing machines and dryers, included in the price and available at any time. A laundry and ironing service is also available on request.
