How much does the residence in Milan cost
CHS Milano Residence prices are per apartment, not per person, and include: utilities, bed linen and towels, weekly cleaning with a change of linen, Wi-Fi, use of the equipped kitchen and of the laundry room / private washing machine.

A whole apartment for the price of a room
With a residence you get a whole apartment with a kitchen, not a room: if you are staying in Milan for weeks or months, for work, study or to look after a relative, it often costs less than a hotel and you save on meals too.

What’s included and extra services
Included: bed linen and towels, weekly cleaning with a change of linen and bed making, Wi-Fi, TV, utilities, heating and cooling, laundry room with washing machines and dryers (and a private washing machine in the Standard Plus and Deluxe).
Extra services: parking space or garage, extra services such as additional cleaning, laundry and ironing service, late check-out, multipurpose room.
The tourist tax is payable to the City of Milan (see tourist tax – City of Milan). Exempt categories: residents of the City of Milan, patients and their companions at Milan hospitals, students under 26 enrolled at Milan universities, law enforcement officers, people with disabilities and their companions.

Per apartment. The Deluxe also has a sofa bed in the living room.

Yes, the apartments are designed for weekly and monthly stays: for weekly stays, ask us for a quote with your dates.

Yes, for companies we offer a flat rate even in high season and tailored extra services.
