How to confirm your booking<\/h2>\n

To confirm your booking we only ask for a guarantee deposit<\/strong>, proportionate to the length of your stay, payable by bank transfer. The deposit is deducted from the balance; it is retained in case of cancellation or no-show.<\/p>\n

Cancellations and changes<\/h2>\n

Cancellations or changes to your booking must be sent by email to chsmilanoresidence@gmail.com<\/a>. The residence reviews every request and, where possible, offers a solution.<\/p>\n

In case of no-show the full amount is charged, unless the cancellation is received one month before<\/strong> the arrival date.<\/p>\n

Tourist tax and invoices<\/h2>\n

The City of Milan tourist tax<\/strong> is added to the bill when you pay the balance, according to the municipal rates in force.<\/p>\n

On arrival we will ask for your billing details: when you pay the balance we issue an invoice or receipt<\/strong> for the full amount of your stay.
